Testing and Delivery

  • Two, six hour test trips with all major equipment suppliers and necessary yard personnel. All equipment will be thoroughly tested for proper function. This includes one week of area dockage, licensed captain and fuel.

  • AME 5000 Vinylester resin throughout
  • Divinycell foam core throughout – solid glass in critical areas
  • Composite soles and bulkheads
  • Secondary bonds with epoxy resin
  • Comprehensive full-length stringers and thwart structural grid
  • Bilges painted
  • MONOLITHIC CONSTRUCTION – All major fiberglass components are fully engineered, cored structures constructed using high physical and heat rated materials. The components are then baked for complete cure and stabilization. This allows the vessel to be painted any color. The components are then assembled and glassed together using non-woven glass and epoxy resin. All the soles, bulkheads and cabin walls are likewise glassed to the hull and deck. The result is a weight conscious structure that works as a single unit.
