The Force IX Team is dedicated to building Sport Fishing Yachts that will set new standards for performance, luxury and safety. Palm Beach elegance combined with the dynamic full-lift hull geometry and the structural integrity of the "Monolithic" construction are the cornerstones of the Sea Force IX fleet.
Astute bill fishing aficionados, divers or cruising yachtsman will appreciate the exotic locations that can be explored with the 10-knot steaming range of 2,600 nautical miles. Increasing the speed to 20-knots will effortlessly take you 1,200 nautical miles or run at the effortless 1,950 rpm cruise speed of 30 knots, realizing the unprecedented and economical 4.4 gallons per nautical miles fuel consumption.
During a recent magazine sea trial the Force IX 81.5' powered with the MTU 2000 Series 2,000hp engines maintained a 30-knot cruise speed at 1,950 rpms; a 32-knot cruise speed at 2,150 rpms with a 35.4-knot top speed from idle in just 24 seconds. Inquire about the 81.5', 86.5' and 91.5''s increased performance powered with the new 2,400hp MTU common rail 16v2000 series engines available for hull #4 scheduled to start in February 2005.
Looking ahead, the 91.5' has been tank tested and is in the final design stages. A third level panoramic "Sky Bridge" is under development and will include a full visibility helm station for docking and fishing and generous open air seating as a multipurpose alternative to a tower. Looking beyond and in response to steady interest, Sea Force IX is planning the logistics to establish another benchmark with the "Global Series" line of Performance Mega Sport Fish Yachts in lengths of 101.5', 106.5' and 111.5'.
